Shopping Points & Rewards – Rules & Terms 1. How to Earn Points You can earn reward points through the following actions: Earn points for every purchase made on our store Points are calculated based on the final paid amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) Bonus points may be offered during special promotions or campaigns Example: Spend $10 = Earn 1 point 2. When Points Are Added Points are credited after the order is marked as Completed Points will not be issued for cancelled, refunded, or failed orders If an order is partially refunded, points will be adjusted accordingly 3. How to Use Points You can redeem points at checkout to enjoy discounts: Points can be exchanged for order discounts Points cannot be redeemed for cash Points may not be combined with certain promotional offers Example: 100 points = $50 discount 4. Points Expiration Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned Expired points will be automatically removed from your account 5. Returns & Refunds If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted If points were used on a refunded order, the redeemed points will be returned to your account 6. Account & Usage Policy Points are tied to your registered account and cannot be transferred Each customer may hold only one reward account Abuse of the rewards system may result in point removal or account suspension 7.
